  • Overview

    Our Line Chefs are responsible for producing delicious, wholesome food items for our guests with consistently excellent products. Ensures all food prepared meets the standards of quality and freshness. Properly stores and rotates products. Follows established recipes, presentations, portions and temperatures (hot food hot, cold food cold) to provide guests with consistently excellent products. Properly stores and rotates food products. Maintains quality standards of products and procedures while working quickly, efficiently and productively throughout the shift.

     

    PROFILE:

    Candidate must possess a professional demeanor and professional appearance. Exceptional verbal communication skills for guest service. Able to multi-task and works well under pressure. Has a passion for cooking and is detail oriented. Has a sincere commitment to maintaining an impeccable surrounding and loves serving healthy, delicious and nutritious food.

    Qualifications

    • Candidate must have HOH experience, with line cook experience.
    • FOH experience in merchandising and hospitality as well as an eye for display setup and merchandising experience a plus.

    Responsibilities

    • Exemplifies exceptional cleanliness of their station of the restaurant.
    • Correctly prepares all position-specific menu items to spec; works within safe food-handling, costing, and productivity guidelines
    • Adherence of merchandising specs for their station
    • Assists in establishing and maintaining pars for station items to ensure freshness and profitability
    • Set-up, maintenance and close down of their station
    • Prepares all prep for station-specific items
    • Assists team members in daily functions as needed
