Prep Chef/Utility produces delicious, wholesome food items for our guests with consistently excellent products. Ensures all food prepared meets the standards of quality and freshness. Properly stores and rotates food products. Follows established recipes, presentations, portions and temperatures (hot food hot, cold food cold) to provide guests with consistently excellent products. Maintains quality standards of products and procedures while working quickly, efficiently and productively throughout the shift. Also provides a consistently superior facility for guests as the main maintenance person. Properly cleans and maintains smallwares, equipment, and facilities. Follows maintenance guidelines. Looks for work to do when time permits.
Candidate must possess a professional demeanor, professional appearance. Has strong organizational skills, a high sense of urgency, able to multi-task and prioritize, is detail orientated, and has a sincere appreciation for maintaining an impeccable surrounding and loves serving healthy, delicious and nutritious food.
